To celebrate the end of 2025 and the beginning of 2026, I will be hosting a modified Minecraft Beta 1.6.6 server.
The server has been customized to be winter-themed
Notable changes/features include:
Both the Overworld and the Skylands have been made snowy
Water now freezes into Ice in the Skylands
Sheep now occasionally spawn in the Skylands
It also includes features from the 2000 members event:
Fire is now brutal similar to how it was before Beta 1.6
Minecart boosters now work again like they did before Beta 1.6
Boats now work like they did before Beta 1.6
The server now allows clients from Beta 1.6 Test Build 3 to Beta 1.7.3 to join
The server is a modified Minecraft Beta 1.6.6 server that is running in offline-mode meaning that anyone can join even if they don't have a Minecraft account

I recommend using the BetaCraft launcher (
https://betacraft.uk/downloads) to play Minecraft Beta and join the server
The BetaCraft launcher supports cracked usernames so you can join even if you do not have a real Minecraft account
Type /warpmetodim 1 in chat to enter the skylands/Sky Dimension
Type /help in chat for a list of useful commands
Explosive arrows are NOT enabled
The server is an anarchy server. Hacking is allowed! (feel free to use a beta 1.7.3 hacked client)
